Why can't I see descriptions before downloading podcasts?

When viewing podcasts in the "store" I can't see the description of the podcast. Once I download it, in the"My podcasts" section of the library view I have the blue arrow and can see the summary of the episode, and in the "top charts" section of the library view. Why is the blue arrow not showing up in the "store" section? This means I can't see what an episode is about until I download it.
