D the "erase iphone" option on icloud remove my apps?

My iPhone was stolen, and I had an easy password. I activated the "erase iphone" option on icloud. I would like to know if the person who robbed it have acess to my iPhone will also have acess to my apps? What exactly does the "erase iphone" tool deletes?

If you send an remote erase and it was successful then your iPhone has be reset to factory settings. The person who has the iPhone will need have any of your information or apps. You should change your iTunes password as soon as possible.
