Tom ~ I have no idea why Imerrittjr wants to do this, but here's my need...
My employer lets me connect to a restricted wifi network. I can get to "work stuff" but not to my personal email, and sending imessages doesn't work. I want to alter my routing table so that work network traffic goes over wifi and everything else heads out via my wireless carrier instead.
It looks like I might be able to do this via Cydia, but I haven't jailbroken this particular phone yet. Are there any options you're aware of that won't require a jailbreak?
This almost certainly will not be possible with the standard iOS. I rather doubt that it will be possible even with jailbreaking since iOS, to the best of my knowledge, doesn't support multihoming, but I can't say with certainty.
