I have set up many iPad in my company with my Apple ID, however we have to do many update of application and iPad ask my Apple ID intead new Apple ID set it up on the Setting menu "iTunes".
Could you pls help me?

An app when downloaded is permanently tied to the AppleID used to download. Apps cannot be transfered to another AppleID.

Log in with that ID, or delete that application and redownload it from the desired ID.

After logged with that ID, when start update into App Store, ask me to input the original ID (Apple ID used to download).
You can delete the application by touching and holding the app until they all start to wiggle and a black circle containing an X appears in an upper corner. Touch the black circle and that app will be deleted.
Then go to Settings > Store > tap your Apple ID > Sign Out.
Then Sign In with the new Apple ID, go to the App Store and download the app you want. Then it will be owned by the new Apple ID

I know how to uninstall an app from iPad, the first problem is, we have here in my company many iPads and all of ones asking to update some apps. The second problem is, we have a ZENPRISE download with a different Apple ID.
So, we have probably to reset all iPads and set them up again with correct Apple ID.

I think you should do the installs the "apple way". It's all about drink the apple coolaid.
There are three ownership models:
Personal
Institution
Layered. combines personal & institution.

Educational institutions in the USA can use the App Store Volume Purchase Program (VPP) to buy Apps.

That may be the simplest solution, just to clear each by going to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all settings and content, then change the Apple ID on each and download all of the apps you want for each with the proper Apple ID.
