I downloaded music from a CD. The album cover is shown, but no songs are listed. If I double click on the album art, it begins playing. The songs are listed under Finder > Music > iTunes, however.
They are not showing up on my iPhone.

Your system profile confirms you are using Lion OS;
I downloaded from a CD.
There are 2 issues - one with iTunes not listing my songs from this CD and the othe not having these songs available on my iPhone.
iTunes problems should be posted in the iTunes For Mac forums (whichever version you are using) and the iPhone problems posted in the iPhone (whichever version you are using) forums.
