My phone keeps saying it wont back up it says first it said i dont enought storage so i bought more now it says i cant back up on this computer and my phone is acting crazy so i am trying to restore but need to back up first since it says i havent backed up in 30 weeks

Go to settings>icloud>sotrage and backup> turn backups off.
then turn it back on. and try to backup again.
If that doesn't work , turn backups off on the device.
connect it to your computer and pull up itunes and follow this article.

and make sure you go to File>devices>transfer purchases as well.
