Is my ipod nano fake or not?

Hi,

I was wondering whether my ipod nano (new) that I just bought is fake or not.

There are two things that keep bothering me:
- the serial number from back metal cover and 'About' screen is different. From back metal cover the serial number is YM539xxx; and from 'About' screen is 5U5360xxx. Is this normal ?
- The battery will be dead if it keeps in sleep mode for two days. Is this normal ?

Yes..it has exactly the same configuration of ports and controls as in the url.

Even I have compared the software features with the one owned by my friend (1GB iPod nano) - and all is similar.

But now my friend already move to another country and could not contact him to verify the serial number issue.

Did you mean the serial number should match?
