System crashes

My Imac started crashing a few weeks ago. Sometimes upon reboot, it will give 3 short beeps and what seems like a long beep. A panic report is below. Any ideas? Wondering if it was memory - Any one know how to read this...

3 short beeps and what seems like a long beep.

OS X Mountain Lion: If you hear beeps when your computer starts up

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1547

1 beep = no RAM installed

2 beeps = incompatible RAM types

3 beeps = no good banks

4 beeps = no good boot images in the boot ROM (and/or bad sys config block) 5 beeps = processor is not usable

OS X: About kernel panics

User Tip: Kernel Panics? Don't panic too!
