If you have Contacts sync turned on in your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, just open the Contacts app and delete the contacts you need, and they will be removed from iCloud.
If not, you can go to http://www.icloud.com on a Mac or PC, log in with your Apple ID, select "Contacts" and delete the contacts you need
