why Intel HD Graphics 4000 is not recognized in windows 7?

I recently installed windows 7 in a new macbook pro retina.

All is well, but the low power consumption graphics card Intel 4000 is not identified by Device Manager.

The NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M is identified and works fine, but limits battery time to ~3 hours.

Is there any way to use both graphics cards as in Mac OS?

As far as I know, Windows only uses the dedicated graphic card in MacBooks with two graphic cards, so it's normal that the Intel HD Graphics 4000 isn't detected. See > https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2770866?start=0&tstart=0
