I am new to Apple and am struggling with my login to the iTunes store and apps etc. I have a login and password and account, but when I try to sign in it tells me that this username has not been used in the store yet and I must review my info. A small screen opens and I tell it my country, agree to T&Cs, then the screen goes dark grey and blank! I'd I touch the blank screen it comes up with a box to choose the year but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
iPad
I cant sign into my itunes or App Store from my ipad. I have treid signin from the settings page where i put in my apple id and password the once i click on sign in the area gets greyed out for 8-10 seconds and come back to the same screen.
When i try to sign in from the itunes app or App Store, it does not even open the dialog box for signing in. Crete new id opens a dialog box and i am able to create a new id. However i cant sign in with a new id i have created.
I can sign on just fine from the itunes on my computer, i can purchase apps from the computer but when i try and sync to my computer it says copying apps to ipad, once the sync completes the apps do not show on my ipd.
