my screen is frozen, I have tried rebooting it several times over the last 7 hours and I am getting no response. The slider or the numbers will not respond. please help.
I have tried several times in 7 hours to turn my phone off and on again to see if the screen will repond but it hasn't done yet. I have even left it switched off for 15 - 20mins. Has anyone got any suggestions that could rectify this problem. I have currently got it plugged in to the laptop via usb and it has 100% battery life.
