Q: How do I move the icon dock?

System Preferences->Dock->Position on Screen

You can also right-click on the divider and pick a position.

I also have the problem with my dock went to right side of screen how did you move it down?

There's probably a line between the Trash can and other apps, or there's probably a line in the dock near that position. Right-click (or click with two fingers on a trackpad) that line, roll your mouse over Position On Screen, and select, "Bottom."
