I just lost my ipod yesterday :C can I whet a new one or can you help me find it

We are user just like yourself here. There is nothing we can help you do to find yout iPod.

The Apple warranty doesn't cover theft. they can't help you either.

If you set up location services and find my iPhone you can log into iClound and, IF it is connected to the internet, locate it.

Report it to the local authorities. If you purchased it with a credit card that has loss replacement you might be able to replace it in that manner or check to see if your homeowners or renters insurance will cover it.
