my phone does not ring and the switch is on and speakerphone does not work

CAN ANYONE HELP ME MY RINGTONE ON MY PHONE JUST QUIT WORKING ALONG WITH SPEARKER PHONE AND THE VOLUME SWITCH IT TURNED ON ALONG WITH VOLUME UP.
