Trying to download digital copies of movies but keeps saying redemption code is wrong?

I've tried several times to download digital copies of DVD's and BluRay's that I've purchased but everytime I enter the redemption code it tells me that its invalid. I've tried several times re-entering the codes to no avail. If anyone could help, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
