Well, I just pull the power jack out of mine for a sec and then plug it back in again.

You could try going up to the Wifi icon at the top of your screen on your Macbook and turning off Wifi and then back on again. IP addresses are reassigned each time you drop the Wifi connection from a device and then reconnect again at a later time, so if you have maxed out the number of devices that your provider allows, then that is one reason this can happen. We have a ton of stuff on wireless at our house, and sometimes run into the situation you described.

So, that's what I do to get the Pro reconnected. Doing the Wifi Off and On step on your Macbook is easier and less disruptive to your other wireless devices. But, I have found that if that doesn't work, then the power off and back on of the modem/router almost always works (sometimes I have to do it a couple of times....)

Hope this helps!

Cheers,
