my ipad is not turning on, neither it is charging. i havent used it for so long.
is there any solutions, plzzz help

Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple logo.
Note: Make sure battery is not dead.
Try this and see if it helps.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

You must try and charge battery for at least one hour.

i stay in malawi i dont think theres any apple company or smthing thing that can fix it is there anyway i can fix it myself
Once the battery starts charging, you will be back in business.
