How to turn off volume limit on iPad 2?
Hey every one I want some help with my ipad 2 volume off/on, it
doesn't increase the volume which actually annoying me coz the volume is very low. Any help?

You don't mention the context in which this occurs, but the first place to check is:
Open Settings App > Music > Volume Limit (turn On or Off).
If you are not able to access it, check Restrictions (General > Restrictions. Volume limit control is toward the bottom.
