Restrictions block for the store?

Hello,

I was just wondering if there was a way to get passed the restrictions block for apps and itunes on my ipod touch as i cannot remember the password?

Its been locked for a while now as I didnt want anyone to buy any apps as I have a very young family but now they have matured I have wanted to buy songs and apps but I was unable to since I counld not remember the pass word? 😕
