Hi,
I have bought a demo iPad mini, cannot find reset button to restore factory. It should show in Setting/General/Reset just below Accessibility, but there is nothing. Maybe APPLE has deleted this button to avoid any visitors to do some damage to the ir demo unit. There a lot of photographs and Apps in demoversions on the iPad I'd like to remove via RESET.

Connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and restore to factory settings that way. The store where you bought it shouldn't sell it to you with this on it. They should erase the device for you.
Get help from the Local Apple Store; they may have the solution.
I tried this, but the iPad did not show up in the list of devices. So I could not select it for resetting.

You could try restoring using recovery mode. Sometimes that works when the device is not recognized in iTunes.

However, a trip to an Apple Store would not be a bad idea.

How were you able to restore a demo model? I purchased an iPad Air demo and want to restore it to a working mode
