I have never used iChat before, but I updated to OS X 10.8.3 thinking I would be able to find it somewhere. However, I am unable to find it.

Oh I see it, but how do I use the video chat function of it?
Open Messages and choose Help from the menu bar.
I am running on OS X 10.8.3 and I can't find iChat. Do I need to download it?
