Q: iCloud??

I know the icloud has my pictures. My computer wont let me see and take these pictures. How do I get the pictures off the cloud. They disappeared from iphoto and I cant get to them. The iphone will only sink up to 18 months or so I have stuff three or four years old. All I want is my old pictures off the cloud.

Where do you"know that iCloud' has your pictures?

PhotoStream only keeps the last 30 days or 1000 photos - which ever comes first

How did the photos "disappear from iPhoto"? Where were they prior to their "disappearing"?

And since iCloud is only a bit over a year old where did it get these three or four year old photos? That is the place to find them to import into iPhoto

What version of iPhoto and system are you running? How are you trying to view your photos on your Mac?  Are you referring to Photo Stream?  Have you tried using iTunes with your iPhone to download the photos to your Mac?  Or Image Capture? Were all of the photos added to PS from your camera?

There's a lot that needs to be explained before we can begin to suggest a solution.
