HELP! Connection iterrupted btwn Zire 72 and isync.

All of a sudden I am unable to sync my Palm Zire 72 with my iMac (OS 3.9). I am using the recommended version on isync 1.5. I am able to do a hot sync with the palm software, but I want to sync ical with my palm. I never had a problem with this in the past.
Please help!
Thanks!

imac, Mac OS X (10.3.9)

Below is the info that is coming up in the log. When I turn off the isync conduit I am able to sync using palm programs, but that is not syncing my ical info.

HotSync 3.2.1 started 5/24/06 10:15:08 AM
A conflict in the installed conduits has been detected. This is caused when more than one conduit is using the same PIM data type (e.g., Address Book vs. Contacts). To allow synchronization to proceed, use the Conduit Settings dialog to turn off the extra conduits for this user, or drag the extra conduits to the Disabled Conduits folder.
The following conduits are in conflict:
iSync Conduit
Contacts

Conduit Conflict Notifier halted the HotSync operation during the <Sync OK> notification.

The issue here is that your standard Palm conduits presently reside in your active Conduits folder and must be moved to your Disabled Conduits folder. To do that, navigate to this location:

Macintosh HD:Library:Application Support:Palm HotSync

You'll find both folders at the same level, inside the Palm HotSync folder. Move any of the following Palm conduits you find in the active Conduits folder to the Disabled Conduits folder:

• Calendar Conduit [and the Datebook Conduit it replaced]
• Contacts Conduit [and the Address Conduit it replaced]
• Memo Conduit*
• ToDo Conduit [and the Tasks Conduit it replaced]

*The current Memos Conduit can remain active as it does not conflict with iSync.

Ah, shucks…

I'm glad that you were able to address the issue with a little bit of guidance, and activate and use iSync successfully with your Palm Zire 72 handheld organizer.

If you have any additional issues—or if you intend to upgrade from Mac OS X 10.3.9 to Mac OS X 10.4.6 or later—send me a message beforehand [to the electronic mail address accessible in my public profile] and I'll talk you through the changes you'll encounter, and the options you have.
