I have a web base email and every time I open an attachment from a given email, I cannot return to my email page, because when I close the attachment, it closes the entire email site. Appreciate ehlp with this issue, because, I could not get it on the phone. Thank you Maria Gross

"It" being the attachment on the phone or help via the phone ?
It may also help to know the web Mail service you are using.
