The only iCloud service you can use would be your iCloud email account, which you could set up using these settings: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4864.

What data would you like to link to from iCloud? Have you looked at apps like CardDAV-Sync and CalDAV-Sync or SmoothSync for Cloud in Google Play? Apps like that should allow you to sync Address Book & iCal information to your tablet.

If you're already using iCloud to sync your PC's contacts/calendar with your iPhone, then the apps I mentioned should work to get your contacts and calendar onto your tablet. There is a free version of CardDAV-Sync you can try.

I have the same question as above...is CardDAV complicated to use?  I use an iPad now, for my business but need another tablet, and was hoping to get a Samsung tablet to save money...the problem is, I use iCloud for calendar, contacts and mail for scheduling and such for my business, so I need to it be seamless...I am not very computer savvy so I appreciate any advice.

SmoothSync from the Google Play Store is the answer. Once set up it allows the Calendar app to access iCloud; and for ToDos you need to download 'Tasks' by Marten Gajda (searching bring it up a few items down in the results) which ties in with SmoothSync.

Mail should be easy enough, just enter the server settings in the Email app (not the Gmail one if you have it).

All this won't have any effect on the way you've been using iCloud up to now. The calendar app has a few quirks - for example if you have a repeating event and you delete the current one using the 'this event only' option, the Android calendar may continue to show all the past occurrences of the event.

I would recommend looking at the Nexus 7 or 10. I'm using the 7 (make sure you get the 2013 version, some people are still selling the 2012 one) and it's quite impressive.
