iCal- iCrapped on iPhone

I have a MacBook Pro, with latest OS, iPad 2 and iPhone 4S, with latest iOS, and syncing with iCal is ridiculous.

I can make a calendar change that will update to iCloud and push to the following devices via: iPad, MacBook Pro and iCloud.com. However, any change made by my iPhone 4S will not push to iCloud. I have contacted AppleCare and went the through the many shutdowns, restarts, resets, changed settings and reloading Apple ID. This problem seems pervasive and persistent.

To everyone, you are not alone and not crazy. There is something weird and I am not dedicating anymore of my time to finding out how to fix it.

Until then, double check your appointments... or pen and paper time.
