im using Macbook Pro 13inch late 2011 i7, problems begin when i change my RAM to 4GB x 2,

Which RAM spec and manufacturer did you use?
Maybe you didn't install it properly or you installed bad RAM. Double & triple check your installation (read the user manual) and check for bad RAM.

i had try to reseat the RAM and the same thing still happen. my silly question.. 😝 how to check the bad RAM..?
Try operating the computer with one RAM chip at a time to eliminate the possibly defective chip.
