2 questions about the Ipad Retina display

Hello everybody and thanks for all your help.

I wanted to know if you could answer these 2 questions about the Ipad with Retina Display.

1) Will Apple create an Ipad mini with retina display, or are they planning to do so?

2) Wich is the big difference between an Ipad with retina display and a normal Ipad?

1) We are all just fellow users here and have no more information that you do. We'll all have to wait until such time as Apple makes an announcement.
