I was wondering is there an app that deals with regular files on an iphone?
When I say files I mean the possibility to store different files on iphone, group them, possibly trasnfering them on-out of iphone (like the desktop uses usb to trasnfer)?

The only supported way to get files onto an iPhone is via iTunes.
iOS devices are not USB storage devices.
