How can i retrieve logs about an app crashing on an iPad that is supervised using apple configurator?

We have deployed some ipads with an internal app that keeps crashing. These ipads are setup in supervised mode through apple configrator so if you try to connect it to a PC with iTunes or iPhone configurator, it says the device is supervised and will not allow you to get the log files. Does anyone know how i could get the log files from a supervised ipad?
