Encoding from WAV to M4A cuts off ending?
I batch encoded four audio-books for a client, editing in STP, outputting as WAVs, then using Compressor 3.5.3 to create the final deliverable AACs, with file-extension M4A. The client's QC folks got back to me saying the ends of several files had the last word cut off. I checked the WAVs, which were fine, but sure enough—the M4A files were between a half and three-quarters of a second shorter! Anybody else observe this behavior? Any fixes, besides pasting in a coupla seconds of Room Tone at the end?
