that's where the sample music is, not the theme songs
Those are the songs used in the themes. If you choose a theme, play it and then check the Music pane you'll see.
There are more at
HD/Library/Application Support/iLifeSlideshow/Audio
not in mountain lion
Well all I can say is that you are welcome. The way you won't even do the courtesy of please and thank you, heck, not even the courtesy of punctuation, really makes me want to help you. And you're wrong. That's exacty where they are on my machine, using 10.8
Dang Terry, your eyes are so much better than mine. I went into that folder earlier and only registered the plist files and none the m4a files. 😟
Ok, Terence Devlin. Thank you. (i'm not very good with puncuation because i am only 9 years old amd just got a MacBook Air a year ago. I have to go to school too so that is why this reply took so long) Sorry
i wonder why there not on my computer. I'm using 10.8.3. and i have iPhoto 11.

You're welcome. Is there a particular track you're looking for? Some of them are not named as the song name.
(And punctuation is learned by practice... You did pretty well there.)
Noah:
Use Spotlight to search for one of the songs in my screenshot.
That should find the music file whereve it is on your hard drive. Next hold down the Command (⌘) and double click on the music file in the Spotlight search list.
You'll be taken to the folder holding the file where you can COPY them to the Desktop and then move them to where you want to store them permanently.
Thanks. That didn't work either.
No, there is not a particular song i am looking for. but thank you both Terence Delvin, and Old Toad.
Did the search find the file? If not here's one last try:
Download Find Any File and use it to search for one of the music files. You'll get a window like this if it's there:
I'm finding two sets of music files, one in the folder that TD mentioned and one set inside the iPhoto application. If you get a positive search result in either location you can open the folder containing the by double clicking on the folder in the FAF window. Good luck.
