When I plug my ipod touch into my logitech speaker system it does not play....I can hear the music faintly but somethiing is obviously wrong.
I plugged my wife's ipod in and it works fine.
Any suggestions.

Reset the dock
Try the following. However, it may not be compatible with the 5G. Have you went to the dock manufacturers support site? Maybe ther is a firmware update.
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

Thanks for all your help, but I have spent 3 days dealing with this thing to where it has aggravated me to the point that apple can just have it back. I has broght more heartache than joy. 😟
