Is there any way to restore previous levels I made on the game Scribblenauts?

So I got a new phone after Apple swapped my old phone because of issues. When I went to play Scribblenauts, I had been degraded to only what I got when I purhcased it. For additional levels, I have to pay an extra dollar and buy a Wolrd Pass, which I already bought. But now its gone and I need to buy it AGAIN if I want to play new and incoming levels, the purhcase is listed in my history I just want to know how to transfer it.
