my i phone is frozen just bought yesturday

i plugged this hunk of junk phone into the puter to upload i tunes...was told to buy employee that it would be free for me if i used home puteer...b.s..... anyway plugged it in now cant reboot BECAUSSWSSSSEEE THE RESET BUTTON IS IN THE INSIDE OF THIS JUNK PHONE.....IT IS SHOWING THE ITUNES ICON ON TOP THEN THE CORD POINTING WITH THE ARROW......
