i tries to download the games or others staffs, but i can;t i don;t why the reason, it kept asking me the new card number,

when i add new card it showing that visit www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/ but when i visit that web site there is nothing i can do, so plase

please would you guys can help me to get it...........
