MacBook is slow after bringing it to Genius Bar for a screen realignment. Any solutions?

After brining my MacBook Pro to the Genius Bar to get the screen realigned, it has been very unresponsive. The computer constantly freezes and many programs stop responding and I end up shutting down my computer every hour when it freezes and will not respond. Could the Genius Bar have messed something upland how can this be fixed.
