Question: Unknown Error 3014 Restoring iPod Touch

I updated my iPod touch and it said i need to restore my ipod. But when I went to restore it, it kept coming up with "an unknown error occurred (3014)"
I've tried udating my itunes, restarting my ipod, trying a different USB plug, and restarting my computer but nothing seems to work.
Someone please help me!
