I have two purchases from the app store that have failed - they will not complete no matter what I try. How can I completely remove them to start again? Thanks,
MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8), Update Combo is installed
To clarify I've deleted the temporary app store files and ended storeagent/appstore processes. We've spent a lot of money on these apps and they have installed fine on other machines, but my MacBook isn't working and the App store is quite woeful at determining there is a problem. Infact, it doesn't.
is what I'm staring at. I've tried all sorts and this is where I get. No errors. No messages. Nothing.
What is this machine doing and why isn't it simple to clear the cache/temp files and go again with the download?
How can I completely remove failed App Store downloads?
