facetime and iMessage on MAC MINI 2005

hey all apple lovers! I am interested in getting a 2005 mac mini g4 (used) and I was wondering if it is possible to download the iMessage and Facetime apps (Facetime with a logitech camera), or if I would need to get a software update. Is a software update possible?

I would also like to get a box or something that transfers my WIFI signal into ethernet. is there any thing like that out there? and a good external hard drive suggestion would be awsome. Thanks! swaggerwagon
