2 itunes accounts on same pc

I just got my first imac. my wife and I have seperate itunes accounts and seperate ipads/ipods. can we set up both accounts on the IMAC?

Since you two have separate itunes and separate mobile devices, I would suggest you guys have your own separate user accounts on the computer. You can do that under the apple >> system preferences >> users and groups. Unlock the lock, click the + and setup a different account for the other person. That way you two can function separately on the same computer.

It shouldn't complicate things, no. Time machine will backup everything to your time capsule, including any individual user accounts and its data.
