How can i delete photo library on my iphone5?
I have iport some photos over iTunes, but they can not be deleted from iPhone by same procedure like in Camera roll or some albums.

Photo library contains photos that were synced to your phone from your computer. They can only be deleted by deselecting them on the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings, then syncing your phone.
