Can't update from 10.8.2 to 10.8.3

LOL. Hi Guys,

I'm currently running a 15.4" MacBook Pro (Mid 2007, 2.4GHz). Last year this was on stock Snow Leopard but i upgraded it to Mountain Lion 10.8.2. Now, i wanted to update it to 10.8.3.

When i go to App Store and click the Update, it automatically prompts me the notification which says "To install the updates, you must restart your computer". But when i try to restart, its still running on 10.8.2.
