my problem is may phone wase lock and i try to unlock but not ety i take advantage of resto but after make restor. i like to make activation so but activation is faild so how can i do

my problem is about my phone wase been lock and itry to unlock but not yet so my solution is to restore them and after make restoration problem come to the part of activate the phone how can you help me
