Is it possible to stream Data via Apple TV2 from Airport Extremes connected USB-drive.

Yes ... but not directly from the AirPort Disk attached to the AirPort Extreme. That's because the Extreme does not offer any type of iTunes server functionality. Instead, you would still need to stream from a Mac or PC that is hosting iTunes. In turn the iTunes application just needs to be pointed to the AirPort Disk for its Media Library.
