Q: How can I get rid of a pop up message which says "Insecure start up item disabled"

When ever I start my iMac I get a popup stating "Insecure startup item disabled" This is something that has come over to my new iMac from my previous one using migration assistant. This is a residue from an app I deleted from my old iMac which was an Arcana software to silence startup sound. Can any one offer a fix? It's not causing me any problems but it annoys the **** out of me when I see it.
