How do I setup mail so my messages come separate, not all under one conversation?

Hi, I want my messages to all come separate, each time, not all grouped under one conversation. Can someone tell me what I need to do? Thank you.

MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

Mail / Preferences / Viewing.

Select the options you want on this pane. Classic layout take you back to 10.6. The other options also change how Mail looks to the user.
