If North Korea were to do something on the Korean Peninsula, such as launch a warhead or declare war, would I get an Emergency Alert? I wouldn't expect one for war, but defiantly if there was a missile launched East targeted anywhere. What would happen? What level would it be?

Since no one here issues or would issue such an alert, I don't see how it would be possible for anyone here to answer your question.
Then why don't you call Verizon and ask? If the President of the United States declares an emergency, I imagine you should get a notification.
