issue to read DVD with dvd player and LACIE NAS os 3

I just install a new NAS connected to my network via the time Machine. Previously all my DVD where recorded on a LACIE NAS 2BIG and I just changed to a LACIe 5 BIG NAS OS3 in place of the OS2. Unfortunately I am not able now to read the dvdmedia file via the dvd Player integrated in the Imac software. But when I Copy or ve file to the Imac or to the other NAS (2big) ... no more issue. Are you aware about some specific changes or configuration link with this new OS on LACIE ?

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3), LACIE NAS 5 BIG - DVD player

I have already try with VLC ... It works but not for all recorded dvdmdia (error of VLC is already send to apple). thanks

Welll, I don't have one to test sorry.

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...

Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.

Does it work in the new account?

Sorry for this late answer (I was in holidays). No it doesn't work. for the moment the only solution is to transform everything in ISO file and select only the VOB file in old version. Regards,
